Customer service by phone is available 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m EST Monday-Saturday. Internet orders are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders are processed 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Saturday. Orders are available online only at this time.

Shipping Questions and Procedures: All orders are covered by Beta Monkey's standard shipping policy: free, same-day worldwide shipping for orders greater than $50; a flat worldwide fee for orders under $50 (see shipping charges before order checkout). If anything should happen to the discs in transit, we will replace any order free with no questions asked. As any of our customers will attest, our customer service and philosophy is unmatched in the industry. We make sure you get your loops and samples fast and free - guanateed.
