Drum Werks XVI is the obvious complement to Drum Werks XV. Not only are the sounds shared (Same session, same kit, same room), but many of the tempos are logically complementary.
We encourage you to get all the discs in the L.A. Rock Essentials Series as they were all cut and organized from the same session. The three discs will make sense with each other and can be thought of as pieces of one collective groove pie!
We are confident that these L.A. Rock Essentials loops will sit well in any rock mix, be it acoustic or electric, and give you tons of no-nonsense, tasteful, and, most important, usable grooves to work into your next songwriting project. Rock on!
As we like to say at Beta Monkey, this disc is the real deal. Great rock grooves - only on Drum Werks XVI!

Each Groove Set includes all the vital elements for drag and drop song construction (intro fills, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge loops as well as endings). This powerful collection will deliver the goods to any rock star, whether you cut your teeth on Zeppelin or Shinedown, with an unrelenting attack of powerful acoustic drum loops, live and ready for your listening pleasure.
With our industry trend-setting "Single Session" sample library focus, you get a consistent drum sound across the entire L.A. Drum Werks XVI picks up where Drum Werks XV left off and again delivers grooves of the heavier and no-nonsense side of rock. It is highly recommended that you add Drum Werks XV and Drum Werks XVII to complete your collection of the L.A. Rock Essentials Sessions.
Complete groove folders include grooves, groove variations, fills, single shots, and single hit samples.

Some kind words by current Drum Werks Volume I users:
"I ordered and now got 3 CD's from Beta Monkey, and they are great. I have other drum loops that sound fine, but are too busy or complex for most songs. Telling Chris at Beta Monkey what I needed, I got three CD's with mainly simple straight ahead rock, pop, alternative rhythms." -- Tom (Denmark)
"The grooves are great. I am a guitar player who started out as a drummer so I find the loops very creative and they take me out of my usual comfort zone for recording. Just tonight I cooked a little demo of an idea for the band. It all started with 3 or 4 of the files off one of the discs. Great stuff... and this frees me from having to play the drum tracks on the awful sound Yamaha DTXpress Kit I bought." -- Jeff (Canada)
"Chris, Just let you know, I have been a studio drummer for 30+ years in St. Louis , MO, and I have never heard a clear sound like this before. The DW set (on Drum Werks I ) sounds better than the 1975 Rogers set I play on. Your DW set blows it away... cool." -- Donald Brown (USA)
