Versatile Metal Drum Loop Styles: Whether you come from the old school of thrash or cut your teeth on modern metal, DBM I delivers straight-ahead double kick patterns as well heavily syncopated metal groove patterns. You'll build the powerful metal drum tracks you're after with over 1300 different groove possibilities.
Cohesive Drum Sounds: All drum loops and drum samples were recorded in the same recording session. Like to change tempos or time signatures? You can mix any loop or sample with anything else on the disc. The bottom line here is maximum versatility and consistency in your drum tracks.
Root Tempo™ Songwriting System: All tempo folders contain loops in half-time and double-time varieties. For example, half-time grooves in the 60 BPM folder are essentially chugging along at 30 BPM or double-time patterns in the 140 BPM folder are tearing it up in the 280 BPM territory. Little did we know back in March of 2003 Beta Monkey Music would change so much of the loop business in the coming years. In recognition of 10 years of changing the way musicians use drum loops, we went back to one of the most ambitious and inspiration releases: Double Bass Mania I.
And, with this new version, we made it even faster, heavier, and skull-crushing than the original.
Over the past ten years, our contributions to the drum loops market have been numerous, but let's start with a truly important one: covering styles that were never previously touched by drum loop developers.
But, over the years, we felt we could do better. We felt we could could bring it up to our more recent standards - consistent single-session recording across the disc, a more thorough single hit resource folder, and a 24-Bit WAV option.
We achieved all of these improvements and think it is more in-line with our current loop set standards.
On top of that, it offers many longer phrases for increased drum track realism.
And, the playing reflects a much wider array of metal styles covering the old-school 80's thrash styles as well as the more recent metal drumming interpretations being covered today.
In short, Double Bass Mania I: Reloaded is bigger, faster, and louder than the previous incarnation.
Often imitated but never duplicated, the only real choice for metal drum loops remains the Double Bass Mania Series.
